How long do the light and batteries last?

Our light panels life span is an estimated 25,000 hours. Battery life depends on use, but typically last about 1 month with everyday use.  Currently our handbags function on common AAA batteries, or C2032 (watch-style) batteries.

What are the details of the lighting system?

• Thin—0.18 mm maximum thickness.
• Low-power consumption.
• Moisture resistant.
• Flexible to adapt to the shape and movement of your handbag.
• No heat.
• Uniform light within each handbag.
• Long life—the life span of a the light panel is up to 25,000 hours.

What kind of materials are your bags made from?

Our handbags are made with either genuine leather, environmentally-friendly alloy metal, or a polyurethane synthetic material. Most have custom designed hardware and all use premium materials throughout. We do not use exotic animal skins, only genuine leather replicas.

Can I place my order on the phone?

Absolutely! Just call (302) 503-3736 to place your order.

Pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. Order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. The 30% discount is for the wait involved with a pre-order. The order will ship out before the date mentioned on the products page. You will be notified as soon as this item is shipped.

How do I return or exchange my purchase?

Contact a Glass Handbag customer service team member before returning any item. Email us at the email below, and include your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for the return postage. To return a gift, you must also contact our customer service team by emailing us at the link below: sales@glasshandbag.com

  • Full-priced merchandise, presented before 30 days will be exchanged or credited based on the current selling price. 
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, or your item was given at a charity function or promotion,   we may refuse a refund or restrict future transactions from such customers at glasshandbag.com.
  • Please allow 10 - 14 business days for the processing of your return by mail.
What shipping methods does Glass Handbag offer?

We currently use USPS as our preferred delivery method and, for security reasons, our shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery. 

To estimate the delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment (excluding back-ordered or pre-ordered items), in addition to the time indicated by your chosen shipping method—i.e. FedEx next day, second-day, ground, etc. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Glass Handbag cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from USPS or FedEx that your purchase has been delivered.  Please note that all order's require a signature at delivery to insure that your package is delivered safely.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
